These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Convolution Labs platform, including the visual agent builder, agent execution APIs, data pipelines, and marketplace (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at ftesei96@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of the agents, tools, code, prompts, and data you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, execute, and display Your Content in order to operate the Service. LLM provider API keys you supply ("BYOK keys") are encrypted at rest and used only to execute your agents against your chosen provider; calls made with your keys are billed to you directly by that provider under their terms. Credentials you configure for data pipelines are likewise encrypted at rest and used only to run the syncs you configure.
You may not use the Service to: (a) violate any law or third-party right; (b) attempt to access other users' data, agents, or code; (c) probe, disable, or overload the Service or its sandboxing; (d) run agents or pipelines that collect or process data you have no right to process; (e) generate malware, spam, or abusive content; or (f) resell the Service without our written consent. We may suspend accounts that endanger the platform or other users.
Certain features consume prepaid credits sold in packs via Stripe. Credits are not currency, carry no cash value, and are non-transferable. Except where required by law, credit purchases are non-refundable; free promotional credits may expire. Prices may change prospectively — a change never affects credits you already purchased.
If you publish an agent or tool to the marketplace, you grant other users the right to view and run it as permitted by the visibility you selected. You are responsible for what you publish. We may remove published content that violates these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, and scheduled runs or syncs may be delayed or retried. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Agent output is machine-generated and may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for charges incurred with your own LLM providers.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion removes your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms. Sections 3, 8, and 10 survive termination.
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Convolution Labs regarding the Service. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions: ftesei96@gmail.com.
